What information is required in order to sign-up on “Rimi” e-store?

To sign up/create an account on “Rimi” e-store, you may choose to either register with your personal “Rimi” loyalty programme account (i.e. using “My Rimi” loyalty card) or without it. If you are signing up with your personal “Rimi” loyalty programme account, the system will automatically transfer the available data from your personal loyalty programme account. In such case, you will only need to fill in the missing data.

In order to sign up/create an account on “Rimi” e-store without a loyalty programme account (i.e. without “My Rimi” loyalty card), you will need to provide your name, surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number and choose communication channels which you want us to use to contact you. If you want to have goods delivered to your home or other place, you will have to also enter the delivery address. You will later be able to change or to add a new delivery address. You can also enter your vehicle license plate number so that the Drive pick-up point system can read it, identify you as a customer, and you will no longer need to enter your order PIN.

If you do not want to create a personal account, you can use “Rimi” e-store as a guest.

Can I sign-up on “Rimi” e-store without an e-mail?

An e-mail is necessary to sign up on the e-store for us to be able to inform you about your order status, send a PIN, which is required to pick up goods at special order pick-up points, etc.

Can I sing up if I do not have “My Rimi” loyalty card?

Yes, all customers can register on “Rimi” e-store. You do not need “My Rimi” loyalty card for this. If you sign up through your personal “Rimi” loyalty programme account, the system will automatically select the data from your account. You will only need to fill in data that is not in your personal account and is necessary to use “Rimi” e-store services.

Having registered with the loyalty programme account, you will be able to accumulate “My Rimi” money and virtual stickers for orders placed on the e-store.

To sign up/create a business account on “Rimi” e-store, you will need to provide the company’s representative  name, surname, mobile phone, e-mail, company name, company code, VAT code, registration address, city, postal code and choose communication channels which you want us to use to contact you.
