Alus verdamas iš 100 proc. miežių salyklo, proceso metu gliutenas pašalinamas iš alaus, galutiniame produkte jo lieka ne daugiau kaip iki 20 ppm (mažiau nei 20 dalelių milijone), šio alaus tyrimai atlikti nepriklausomoje Italijos laboratorijoje. Kadangi lengvieji lageriai turi tokį gaivų skonį, jie idealiai tinka su aštriais patiekalais, tačiau šį alų galite vartoti su beveik bet kokio tipo maistu.
