Paruošimo instrukcija: įkaitinkite orkaitę iki 180°C temperatūros. 1. Pyrago mišinį suberkite į dubenį, įmuškite 2 kiaušinius, įpilkite 100 ml aliejaus ir 2 valgomuosius šaukštus vandens. 2. Plakite maždaug 3 minutes, kol tešla taps tiršta ir vientisa. 3. Tešlą paskleiskite ant riebalais išteptos ir miltais pabarstytos skardos (matmenys 23x33 cm); galite naudoti kepimo popierių. Įkiškite į įkaitintą orkaitę ir kepkite maždaug 23 minutes 180°C temperatūroje.
